ODiate® Dichroic Beamsplitter, 25.2x35.6 mm, 659 nm 50% Cut-on Edge Wavelength
The OD8-DCL659-D Dichroic Beamsplitter is specified to reflect the excitation and transmit the emission of Cy5™ and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX626-52-B and OD8-EM693-56-B . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high excitation passband refleciton ≥ 98% avg and emission passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for a 659 nm 50% Cut-on edge wavelength.
