ODiate® Emission Filter, 25.0 mm, 450 nm CWL, 64 nm FWHM
The OD8-EM450-64-B Emission Filter is specified for emission of DAPI and supports similar alternative fluorophores, designed in conjunction with OD8-EX380-59-B and OD8-DCL414-D . The filter is manufactured to provide maximum signal and sensitivity delivering exceptionally high passband transmission ≥ 96% avg for 450 nm CWL and 64 nm FWHM and enhanced blocking ≥ OD10 avg over the corresponding excitation passband. In addition to DAPI the following fluorophores are also compatible with this set: Alexa Fluor® 350, AMCA, ATTO 390, CF350, EBFP, Brilliant Violet 421™, HCS CellMask Blue, Hoechst® 33258, Marina Blue®, Pacific Blue, PromoFluor-350, PromoFluor-370LSS, sgBFP, Spectrum Blue, TagBFP, Vybrant® DyeCycle Violet.
